“Thoroughly enjoyed this clean, updated accommodating home in a nice neighborhood with a walking trail and river near buy. Central to skiing, hiking, shopping and eating. Home accommodated 4 adults with private bedrooms and full size beds. Two additional bedrooms with twin and bunk beds as well. Lots of updates, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great for any activity in the valley. Highly recommend.”

“The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.”

I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. ”

“We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. “Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag.
