“We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s what we needed to get away for the weekend. The place has everything we needed and it has that simple yet cozy feel to it. We love how quiet it is staying there, the surroundings are clean and it’s that secluded yet close to everything little peaceful place we needed.Host was great at communicating with us as well. Definitely will go back in there for a shot little getaway of peace and quiet relaxing stay.”

“We initially chose this property because it was a halfway meeting point for three couples. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The layout of the living room and kitchen provided a nice flow for all to hangout. We brought kayaks and bikes and spent time exploring the river as well as the local trails. We even brought our cat who enjoyed sitting on the porch and window sills. The only thing we wish we could change was the size of the two first floor bedrooms. A little small but not a deal……

“Milda and Brandey did everything to make our stay blissful in this private, enchanted space. As Brandey predicted, the daffodils had started to bloom, which made for a beautiful backdrop along with the ponds. We had a small group for a ceremony and a buffet, eat-from-your-lap style dinner. The trails were lovely and the landscape design inspiring. We caught a fish and heard many types of birds including a barred owl and golden crowned kinglet. Chicadee's were nesting in the bird house. The owners were super responsive, kind, and attentive. I only wish we hadn’t been running the roads back and forth to Blacksburg because it was entirely relaxing to sit out and enjoy the creek. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.”

It's an older building in a rustic setting, but the home has been updated and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The nearby creek is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”
