“We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic and the standards were excellent. The whole place was immaculate and couldn't be faulted. We stayed in a duplex suite and it was stunning. All staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Fatma, who works at the restaurant during breakfast hours. Would 100% recommend this to all to experience for yourselves!”

“The air condition is running badly, it always stops at night to make us sleep badly. The mosquito is everywhere in the room to attack my kids, we feel very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The room light is not working well, and the most terrible thing is that the Parking Lot at Basement is arranged very bad without proper guidance. ”

“这是一家位于格雷梅小镇观景平台下方不到3分钟的步行距离的酒店，在那里可以一早可以看到热气球和俯视全镇，早餐是半自助的，房间很温暖，设施很齐全，是春节土耳其之行中性价比高的酒店之一，值得推荐！（唯一不足的就是通过酒店咨询热气球和走线活动的价格相对比较高，大家可以货比三家）”

“The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”
