“The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.”

“The room was very comfortable. Good mattresses and sheets. Great views from rooftop terrace, Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace watching the balloons. Mainly, though the great friendly staff. Helpful, competent and very cordial. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be a little away from the tourist traps and in the heart of great natural wonders, while being treated to some high level hospitality.”

“Das Hotel ist in der perfekten Lage, vom Bett aus konnten wir die Heißluftballons aufsteigen sehen. Leider roch das Zimmer extrem nach Kanal, der Abfluss war verstopft und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir dachten, die Leute, die sich auf der Terrasse befanden, wären in unserem Zimmer, so laut war es. Aber ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war außerordentlich lecker, die Lage ist perfekt und die Dachterasse einfach nur der Wahnsinn. ”

“The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep……

“我們在這裡住了兩個晚上，感謝飯店幫忙安排熱氣球公司的活動，讓我們可以順利搭乘；在飯店前的廣場也可以看到熱氣球升空的畫面，非常特別的體驗!另外，我們最後一天要離開時，因為要趕飛機(怕來不及吃早餐)，所以餐廳特別提早十分鐘讓我們開始吃早餐，餐廳的服務員還特別作了土式煎餅給我們吃，熱熱的吃，好過癮啊~~~最後，有關飯店附近的觀光景點，工作人員也非常熱心推薦與說明，讓我們玩得盡興!”

“飯店房間是標準的洞穴屋，房間很大，住起來很舒適。此間飯店距離Gorome市中心約3公里，去市中心吃飯需靠taxi進出飯店，每趟約25~30里拉。飯店值晚班16:00~24:00的小哥服務態度非常的好，讓人感覺很親切。”

“카파도키아 특유의 건축, 인테리어를 물씬 경험할 수 있는 숙소, 고급스러운 인테리어, 친절한 매니자와 직원, 튀르키예 정찬처럼 나오는 조식은 어디에서 경험하지 못한 최고의 서비스였어요. 다만 저희는 1층에 숙박하였는데 동선에 창이 이써 환기를 위해 창을 계속 열어둘 수는 없었고 에어컨이 없는 구조라 한낯은 조금 더워 선풍기를 빌려주셨어요. 다른 더 럭셔리한 방도 경험해보고싶었지만 일정이 많아 방 변경은 포기했습니다. 괴레메 센터에선 걷기에 멀어 첫날은 택시를 탔고 현지에 조금 익숙해진 다음날부턴 버스를 타고다녔어요. 하지만 숙소 근처에 버스 정류장을 찾기는 어려울거에요,, 현지 사람들은 길에서 막 손흔들고 타더라구요. 숙소 근처 Han 레스토랑도 매일 갈만큼 한달간 가본 튀르키예 식당 중 손 꼽히는 식당이었어요. ”

“虽然不在格雷梅镇上，却是Cavusin的制高点，早上观看热气球升空的绝佳地点。也可以俯瞰独特地貌。老板很热情，房间舒适度也不错。早餐也不错。开车自驾的话，车开上去需要考验一下技术水平，基本是羊肠小道。总体来说很不错。”
