“Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. ”

“This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was amazing and personally makes you a full breakfast. Turkish airlines lost my bag and staff helped me replace some of my items. 10/10 experience, definitely stay here!”
