“We had a great time in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and make sure guests are comfortable. We reached earlier than their check in time but they made sure that the room was ready for us and they upgraded us too. It was fun watching hot air balloons every morning from the roof top.”

“Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. ”

“I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! ”

“九月時入住三晚,第一印象是整間旅館超小的,房間和圖片相同但整潔度一般,連住三晚但執房的不算用心,特別浴室的清潔度一般. 廁所的去水和洗澡水也很弱,不知道是不是因為在山上問題. 房間設施還可以,要讚的是wifi速度一流,而床鋪也算舒適. 餐廳坐位非常小,最後一天全滿只好拿回房間用早餐. 吃的選擇也少但還可以. 雖自駕但試過步行落山到市中心及行回酒店,有小許吃力但不算太辛苦.但如有大年紀人士同行建議要自駕. 天台早晚的景色真的很讚,佈置也算美觀,但不是如其他人所說沒人,我一早上六時多往天台已有兩對情侶在拍照,不過大家都拍十分鐘左右便讓其他人.要求不高的話整體都還可以.”

“The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”

“The management needs to improve their service during breakfast time. There are 10 rooms in this hotel and only one person taking care of the breakfast area. People often arrives with no staffs there while the only staff is already busy inside the kitchen... The room is good and everything functional. It's cool but damp inside the cave, it's understandable but they may want to do something about that to remove the damp smell.”
