“優點 我住在最貴的9號房，空間感超強，擺設及特色超卓，非常有氣氛，亦感受住在石屋的感覺，房間亦提供一個很大的天台，可以提供額外空間往外走。 有很多種類的餐飲及酒類贈送， 沐浴露等梳洗用品供應充足。 其他設施例如熱水供應及網絡供應價充足。 早餐是數一數二好吃，種類繁多，環境更非常舒適， 餐廳設計很有觀感。 可以與酒店聯絡協助預訂導遊團， 這些導遊團的質素也是中上的，當中亦提供不少不同價錢的選擇。 缺點 暖氣由於是燒煤產生，晚間睡覺時突然間冷起來。 住了兩天，也前前後後叫過職員給我棉被，但未有回應要求。 員工對客戶比較冷漠，好像不太想與客戶溝通。 這間房的賣點是有一個浸浴池，可以望到外面的風景。 但是有一塊防偷窺的玻璃，因為浸浴池的熱水而起了霧水，遮蓋外面的風景。當沒有開熱水的時候，由於是防偷窺的玻璃，根本成為觀看外面環境的障礙， 與期望及真實圖片不太相符。”

“The staff at Caftan Cave Suites were really great. Turgun welcomed us and gave us a lot of information from things to see in Goreme and also in the Capadoccia region in general since we were travelling with a toddler. Zeynep, Ayshe and Barkay were always lovely to see in the morning during breakfast and were so lovely. Halil and Hamza we would see in the evenings and they would interact with our son so well. “Ilk gördüğümüzde manzarası dolayısı ile rezervasyon yapmıştık. Oraya gittiğimizde otelin vadinin kenarında bulunduğunu ve otelin içerisinden vadiye erişimi olduğunu öğrendik. Vadinin uzunluğu 2-3 km uzunluktaymış. Biz yaklaşık 1 kilometre yürüdük, ve yıllar önce yapılmış güvercin yuvalarını, Kapadokya’ya özgü taş evlerini gördük. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt assistance when we forgot our towel after check-out, and we want to thank the cleaning staff for their help. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much the hotel cares for the local cats. Meeting the beautiful long-haired cat and spotting the pregnant calico on your IG posts warmed our hearts. It’s wonderful to see the kindness extended to the animals in the area. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return in the future!"
