“I spent very nice 2 days in this hotel. I can’t find anything bad, everything is perfect. The hotel doesn‘t have a lot of rooms which make it really sweet. You will always get a place and good view on the terrace. The breakfast is one of the best part, if you get up early, you could eat and see hot air balloon flying around you. The room is also nice, especially the bed, really comfortable. And all things are very clean. The only part which is not very convinent is we have to take……

“Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“優點 我住在最貴的9號房，空間感超強，擺設及特色超卓，非常有氣氛，亦感受住在石屋的感覺，房間亦提供一個很大的天台，可以提供額外空間往外走。 有很多種類的餐飲及酒類贈送， 沐浴露等梳洗用品供應充足。 其他設施例如熱水供應及網絡供應價充足。 早餐是數一數二好吃，種類繁多，環境更非常舒適， 餐廳設計很有觀感。 可以與酒店聯絡協助預訂導遊團， 這些導遊團的質素也是中上的，當中亦提供不少不同價錢的選擇。 缺點 暖氣由於是燒煤產生，晚間睡覺時突然間冷起來。 住了兩天，也前前後後叫過職員給我棉被，但未有回應要求。 員工對客戶比較冷漠，好像不太想與客戶溝通。 這間房的賣點是有一個浸浴池，可以望到外面的風景。 但是有一塊防偷窺的玻璃，因為浸浴池的熱水而起了霧水，遮蓋外面的風景。當沒有開熱水的時候，由於是防偷窺的玻璃，根本成為觀看外面環境的障礙， 與期望及真實圖片不太相符。”

“I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! ”

“Wonderful hosts. Very accommodating. Language was a bit of an issue because our hosts spoke little English, but after all, we were in Turkiye! The only other comment I would make is that it was a bit of a drive to Gorem, Uchisar or Urgup, maybe 15 minutes.”
