“Unbelievable staff. Really took care of you. Not for the faint of heart if you are driving.”

“Really nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. It's a set meal with the hot food varying slightly each day. Staff are super lovely and are very helpful. The only downfall of this is that they spend 30 minutes at check-in giving you all the information but there isn't a chair to sit in so you have to stand the whole time talking down at them while they sit. And if there are multiple guests checking in then you have to wait out in the heat like we did with no offer……

“非常推薦！酒店方面可以幫忙預定各種tour還有機場shuttle bus 而且價格也很優惠，出發前跟他們確認就可以了。房間很大住的很舒適，還有酒店位置基本不需要爬斜坡。早餐很豐富也很好吃😋住了三天很幸運三天都看到了熱氣球❤️酒店裡的每個人都非常友善也見到了傳說中會講一點中文的小哥他本人很有趣很愛開玩笑😆謝謝他們讓我們有一個非常好也非常難忘的住宿體驗。”

“The hotel is unique, in a good way. Our room felt like we were staying in a cave. We stayed in a large premium king room with a jetted tub. The only downside to the hotel are the steps. There was an elevator that would take you to the 2nd level - from there we had to walk up about 53 steps to our room. The hotel is located a short easy walk to the main square. ”

“与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。”

“A hotel worthy of 5 stars. I had an excellent stay at the Carus Cappadocia hotel. It's well located (in the center of town and close to restaurants and stores). The spa: The spa section is breathtaking (don't forget to bring your swimsuit). The pool is heated and it's a quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. There's also a sona. “The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”

“不知道是不是運氣不好，分到的房間很小，雙人床只是加大的單人床，浴室還蠻簡陋的，房間僅有一個插座孔。說是洞穴旅館，其實不是。連住2天，第二天沒有提供瓶裝水，跟櫃臺要，竟要用錢買。”
