“家具陈旧且摇晃”

“九月時入住三晚,第一印象是整間旅館超小的,房間和圖片相同但整潔度一般,連住三晚但執房的不算用心,特別浴室的清潔度一般. 廁所的去水和洗澡水也很弱,不知道是不是因為在山上問題. 房間設施還可以,要讚的是wifi速度一流,而床鋪也算舒適. 餐廳坐位非常小,最後一天全滿只好拿回房間用早餐. 吃的選擇也少但還可以. 雖自駕但試過步行落山到市中心及行回酒店,有小許吃力但不算太辛苦.但如有大年紀人士同行建議要自駕. 天台早晚的景色真的很讚,佈置也算美觀,但不是如其他人所說沒人,我一早上六時多往天台已有兩對情侶在拍照,不過大家都拍十分鐘左右便讓其他人.要求不高的話整體都還可以.”

“Çalışanlarının aşırı güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle resepsiyondaki Semra Hanım'ın ilgi ve alakası tüm olumsuzlukları örttü. Otele gelirken beklentilerim ile konakladığım sürede yaşadıklarım farklı idi. Fiyat/performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otelin elden geçmesi (özellikle ıslak mahallerin) gerektiğini bizzat gördüm. Böyle bir otel yönetiminin bu şekilde detayları daha dikkatli görmesi gerekir.”

“I am a very picky person but I could not ask for more from this hotel! It should be the most expensive hotel in cappadocia but it’s worthy! Excellent view, great food, personalised service. We stay at the best suite right next to the restaurant. They could provide breakfast at our balcony and extended breakfast time after 10:30am. One morning I was taking pictures at their organic garden, one of the staff came and picked some berries for us. Then he made us smoothies with those fresh picked……
