“Otel cok temizdi,mis gibi kokuyordu..kapali havuz isitilabilir .cocuklar daha cok yuzdugu icin bize soguk geldi.yemek secitliligi artirilabilir.”

“The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. We found the pool to be quite clean, this can be both due to the efforts of the staff and the few people around at the time we used it. The only minus was cigarette smell that came from the vents one night; most probably because of another……

“Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also……

“This is one of the worst hotels I had the displeasure to stay at!. The food is just terrible. My family got food poisoning, no room service, the towels are old and dirty, the hallways are in need of upgrade. This hotel is far from city center. Terrible!”

“Hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere. Room was too hot and no way to turn it down. Has to leave window open. Beautiful location, wish we could have enjoyed pool.”

“Merkeze 1-1.5 km kadar bir mesafede, klasik vasat bir otel. Özellikle banyo, tuvaletin, yer halılarının bakıma ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltı vasat. Personel iyi, yardımcı oluyor. Fiyat performans ilişkisinde iyi sayılabilir.”
