“The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars Is because we communicated our need for 2 beds well in advance and were assured it would be provided but it was not. The beds are only full size so sharing was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the property was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent WiFi and AC. “When we checked in, we saw there was a big fan inside the room and the air conditioner obviously was not working. However, the staffs in the hotel keep telling us it was fine and refused to change the room for us despite it was 35 degrees outside in Cappadocia. We were staying in a room without air conditioning for one day which was absolutely not acceptable. If the hotel doesn’t know the air conditioning is not working, they won’t put a fan in the room perhaps? Hope they can fix the air……
