“The staff is polite and helpful. Taking the luggage up to the stair and helped us settled down in the night. One disappointing things is the air ballon photo taking area on the roof did not open.”

“Very unique experience, beautiful hotel and room ”

“Great location in Goreme. We could walk to everything. The breakfast was good but I wish they would label the dishes. It was hard to know what most items were. Lots of sauces, etc, that I didn't recognize. The foods I tried were very nice and tasty. ”

Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”

“We had a great time in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and make sure guests are comfortable. We reached earlier than their check in time but they made sure that the room was ready for us and they upgraded us too. It was fun watching hot air balloons every morning from the roof top.”

“We had a great time at the hotel. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel also arranged a private tour for us after our tour company failed to pick us up for the Green Tour. I think it turned out for the best as the private tour allowed us to see the highlights of both the Red and Green Tours on our own. We stayed in the suite with the sauna and pool - the room was clean and comfortable.”
