“Easily one the best stays ive ever had in a hotel. The view from the deluxe rooms was one of the best views any hotel or spot there can offer. The breakfast wasnt just delicious, but it made you feel like a true turk. The staff was really friendly and the hotel, since its smaller than typical, felt like home. Overall, a stay worth every penny.”

“I spent very nice 2 days in this hotel. I can’t find anything bad, everything is perfect. The hotel doesn‘t have a lot of rooms which make it really sweet. You will always get a place and good view on the terrace. The breakfast is one of the best part, if you get up early, you could eat and see hot air balloon flying around you. The room is also nice, especially the bed, really comfortable. And all things are very clean. The only part which is not very convinent is we have to take……

“優點我住在最貴的9號房，空間感超強，擺設及特色超卓，非常有氣氛，亦感受住在石屋的感覺，房間亦提供一個很大的天台，可以提供額外空間往外走。有很多種類的餐飲及酒類贈送，沐浴露等梳洗用品供應充足。其他設施例如熱水供應及網絡供應價充足。早餐是數一數二好吃，種類繁多，環境更非常舒適，餐廳設計很有觀感。可以與酒店聯絡協助預訂導遊團，這些導遊團的質素也是中上的，當中亦提供不少不同價錢的選擇。缺點暖氣由於是燒煤產生，晚間睡覺時突然間冷起來。住了兩天，也前前後後叫過職員給我棉被，但未有回應要求。員工對客戶比較冷漠，好像不太想與客戶溝通。這間房的賣點是有一個浸浴池，可以望到外面的風景。但是有一塊防偷窺的玻璃，因為浸浴池的熱水而起了霧水，遮蓋外面的風景。當沒有開熱水的時候，由於是防偷窺的玻璃，根本成為觀看外面環境的障礙，與期望及真實圖片不太相符。”

“Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. ”

“The hotel is no doubt a beautiful photo spot for tourist. All the staffs are soooo nice. When I was ill, they quickly sent me to the hospital nearby and giving us warm greeting every time we see each other. Every service is provided with high quality. Highly recommend for tourist. ”

“Our stay at Katapa was absolutely amazing. They have rooms enough for a family of 5 but it wasn’t really a room. It had separate sleeping areas so we could still have privacy. Parking was easy and right on site. The service was phenomenal. It’s a small family run hotel, which made us feel like we’re staying with family. From the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast and awesome customer service (arranging airport pickups, coffee, utensils etc) PLUS it was a 10 minute walk from “downtown” area……

“I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! ”

“Lovely place to stay. Perfect location and clean room. The staff gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived at around 2 am. The hotel owner also helped arranging a shuttle bus for us the other day. ”
