“I wasn’t sure what to expect visiting Sacramento but staying at this lovely cottage made us feel extremely safe. We parked our car out front and never used it the entire weekend. Everything (coffee, shops, breakfast spots, trendy restaurants, dinner, houses, thrift stores, and even the weekend Farmer’s Market) were in walking distance.The cottage is located amongst wide shaded streets and craftsman houses, and a bonus is that it backed up against a quiet open space where we could hear nothing……

“Quiet! Unique property located near good neighborhood restaurants. Much larger than it looks from the outside. Somewhat like having two homes on one property with back bedrooms separated from main house unit. ”

“The host was extremely communicative. The location was very central to many things. The place itself was clean (smelled amazing), nicely decorated and cozy. I slept like a rock the two nights I stayed. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“This charming spot was impeccably clean with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (a few staples and spices in the cupboard) and we loved the cool old stove!! We don’t have little kids any more but there were some books and toys for littleOnes. Close to Land Park, easy access. We will definitely stay again!”

“Had a good stay. Great communication, a thoughtful basket of snacks, and everything you need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable and was a lot of room for our group of six. Backyard was a mess (broken glass on the patio, long grass and dog messes which felt a bit misrepresneted online, and the laundry room and floors definitely need some deeper cleaning. That said, we enjoyed our stay, the home just needs a little TLC.”
