The property was very clean and comfortable, and the check in/check out instructions were so clear and easy to follow. The location of the house was so close to anything you could possibly need from shopping to the airport. Overall the stay was amazing and if I’m ever back in Sacramento, I know right where I will be staying!”

“Very nice rental in Midtown, safe, clean and nice size. Parking is a bit of a challenge with no designated spot and a 2 hour day restriction but overnight is doable if you can locate a spot! Registration prior to arrival is a bit excessive with required selfies, Id copies and a $400 hold on my credit card. Very happy with the place overall!”

Located right next to a park and an easy walk to downtown, the capitol (including the gorgeous gardens) and over the bridge (we caught an A’s game at the baseball stadium). The host was communicative, kind, and helpful. Would recommend if you’re staying in Sacramento!”

“The place was perfectly stocked, not too much stuff, but everything I needed was there. The bed was comfortable. There was only a shower, but I knew that when I reserved the place (I will almost never stay at a shower only space). Getting into the space was easy and the grocery store is great and convenient. While a parking pass is provided, it took a while to find a place on the street.”
