“Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs……

“The apartment was well presented. It had modern touches and was very clean. It accommodated our needs and more. Great location with the markets across the road and the centre of Manly 5 mins drive away. Great night sleeps with little surrounding noise and comfortable beds.
