“TUNAK was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Andi and his team were looking to make our experience more and memorable. The room and view from the villa was amazing as were thr meals from the restaurant. We feed deer each morning as we left our room (a lovely touch) On the 2nd day i request a special dinner for a wedding proposal and again the team went above and beyond. We wont forget the experience. ”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“The food was good. The floating beakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, beautiful hotel. Great location. Next to a lot of shops and restaurant. Nice pools. Very nice staff! The only con was the construction during our stay was a little noisy and the spa was not a great experience. It wasn't a relaxation massage for either of us, and it's simply a lack of experience and technique from the staff. Otherwise, I would stay here again!”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。”
