“2回目の宿泊です。2024年から増築されてました。増築されたと知らずプールアクセスの部屋を予約したら、エントランスから1番遠い部屋でした。しかしプールも増築されており、楽しめますが遠いので注意が必要です。予約時に近いところと遠いところで分けて予約できたらいいなと思いました。そのほかはパーフェクトで、部屋も綺麗で、朝ごはんも美味しくて滞在は楽しかったです！”

“We stayed at Harmony for about a week, and it was lovely. The pool right at the steps of the villa is so nice. The staff were incredible and very helpful for any request we had. The location is perfect for restaurants and shops in Kuta. We did think the beach nearby would be good for swimming/lounging, which is not the case. That was our only disappointment, but was unrelated to this accommodation. It truly felt like a little sanctuary in the village. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”

“Graha Beach是一家看起来有些年头的酒店了，房间的设施不算很新，整体来说算是个缺陷。不过，Graha Beach所在的位置算是闹中取静，走路到Senggigi中心地带大概5分钟，周围很多的换汇点和预定tour的地方，很方便。”

“We went to Kokomo for our honeymoon, and it was awesome, they have degraded our room with flowers, also arranged a romantic table for us to dinner in the jetty. We booked one night only but at the end decided to stay one more night, all the staff were super polite, the villa with private swimming pool, the food was great, everything was great. We rent a boat from them to do snorkeling, besides the boat man, there had one more staff went to snorkel with us, the places they brought us was super……
