“I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.”

“The cleaning stafff was exceptional. The biggest problem with hotels in this country is the cleanliness and these ladies were absolutely hard working and took pride in their work. I’ve seen 4 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place. ”
