“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”

“The hotel was great- staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, hotel was clean. Only downside was the pool was closed. ”

“The room was great! Bed was comfortable and blackout curtains were great as well! Dining options were the EXPENSIVE restaurants, the diner, or the food court (as I would call it) with two other options. We ate in the diner, once for lunch and once for breakfast, and both times were good and not too expensive. If you want a good place for country music and dancing, Track5 is the place! If you want service while playing at a machine, don’t count on it. Overall, it was a great experience!”

“Great location. Check in was easy. Staff were all super friendly. Pancake machine wasn’t working during breakfast but other than that, breakfast was good. We did have bugs in our room. They were in the bathroom and on the nightstands. ”
