“The parts of my room that were finished were nice, but some final details weren’t quite finished. Lighting it’s the bedside was all bright daylight LED and not relaxing. Needs warmer lighting. Staff and breakfast were great! ”

“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”

“The bathrooms in the rooms can be cleaned better... toilet was not clean on the sides and the shower walls and edges could be cleaned better.... carpet needs to shampooed and rooms needs to be sprayed for insects and bugs.... curtains had stains and the air conditioner unit would not allow us the adjust the temperature....... ”
