“The room was clean, the temperature controls worked well (although the print was so small it was difficult to read), and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and the lady there was very helpful. What I did not like was the difficulty for someone using a walker to navigate the hallway. There was a rather steep incline/decline with a loose handrail that was dangerous. It looked like there were stairs that had been converted to a ramp but the angle was so severe that……
