“携帯電話が利用できなかったので、グーグルの現地にホテルがなくて、どう対処していいかフリーズしてしまった。送迎して頂いた方の対応により宿泊できたが、せめて、宿泊施設の位置だけでも、メールで連絡して欲しかった。このステイケーションにはもう利用したくない。”

“This condo did not exist! We called the host and no answer. The phone number that did work was a wrong number. Vrbo suspended the listing and refunded our money. We found another place to stay. We emailed the host twice with no answer. ”

“Second stay at this property and both times were exceptional. Location is walking distance from everything you need. The property is well-equipped with kitchen necessities, two TV's, high-speed internet and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home and had all the conveniences I could ask for. Robert is very responsive and accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. His hospitality and attention to detail truly makes this property exceptional.”

“This is a very secure and central location in Clark. All of the guards were very helpful and polite. The property contact admin is very nice and a pleasure to work with. The condo itself is a little older but it’s been updated and painted patient Queen. My overall experience was very good”

“The main reason why i ve booked this hotel because they have a running machine ,in the first day while i was checked it ,ive found out this machine cannot turn on so i ask the staff he said he saw it was working may be few days ago ,then he daid he will ask the engineers from that company to come and fix it. Today it was already a week and i am going to check out but this machine is still out of order. For me is really bad experienced,I will say that they re not professional to make sure there……

清潔度與房價不符

"原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。"

"整體上算唔錯，員工禮貌好，早餐自助餐選擇都足夠，房間大小適中有幾個扣分位，房間燈光偏暗，浴室去水位有輕微氣味，仲有兩個個人偏好因素扣分位，最後就係退房時要檢查房間，要在大堂等，這是正常有些酒店的程序，可是員工忘記了告訴我檢查完成沒問題，等了差不多30分鐘，自行過去問才知道"
