“Everything was perfect except for the checkout. The front desk was absentminded that she forgot or ignored our requested limousine service to the airport and made us waited at the lobby for freaking 45 minutes until I finally followed it up. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight!”

“房間都過得去，餐飲普通，泳池及周维園林好靚，近海灘，不過不可以游水，海边有大量垃圾，周边有好多酒店及餐，我早一天同經理定車明天8時正由酒店去機場，睇她忘記了要等多半小時材有車走，酒店至機場車費比教貴一點3000P”

“原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。”

“Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.”

“- Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough ”

“Great stay, lots to do, service was good (wouldn't say excellent, but it was good), food is good, beach is beautiful. I recommend the boat to Miguelito Island and Sugong Cave excursion. Good for couples, families, friends.”
