“硬體設施很棒，但是餐廳服務等候時間太久”

“酒店位置在山上，外观漂亮，客房服务速度很慢，花了半小时才到，但是客房部小伙动作很麻利。房间设施陈旧，洗手台下水漏水，卫生巾垃圾桶生锈，卫生不彻底。风景很漂亮，餐饮很不错，酒廊驻唱唱歌很棒，以为是放cd。离佛牙寺大约6km左右。性价比总体一般。”

“Overall，it was a terrible experience. We stayed there for just one night this time. When arriving with my friends at the hotel, a girl asked us to sit down at the lobby and wait for checking in. So we did. My understanding was that she would bring all the paper forms to us for filling in. Then she came and asked me to go to the counter, which is about 30 meters away from where we sit. “We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much. It also means it's secluded, quiet and secluded.”

“The hotel is located up the hill, 4km hilly drive to the main road. Good thing is it's very secluded, all quiet and tranquil in the middle of some small villages and tea farms. Bad thing is you won't want to go out at all. The hotel is very vintage colonial stage, well pre-served from its tea factory days. “The place was well looked after, but not close to town. The staff were great. Only complaint would be the breakfast was not a buffet. You had to order it the day before. This is not a reflection of the hotel but a lot of monkeys. Do not leave anything outside. My aunt had a top and make up bag stolen. They can open doors as well. Must leave your balcony door locked.”

“Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.”
