Going in - and trust me the description doesn’t do it justice - we had no idea of how perfect it would be. It turned out to be the best arrangement we could have hoped forThe place is essentially 4 independent units in a lot that is gated. The common area makes it perfect for early more gatherings before heading out. Each unit was very clean and well appointed. There is thoughtful touches throughout and……

“The property is very well located, close to the restaurants and bars in University Heights. There is also a playground about 2 blocks away. We liked the bedrooms and especially liked the water pressure in the showers. There was enough room for our 3 and a half grandson to play in. The property management was attentive to our needs. ”

“Great property, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only small thing we would change is the beds were a little hard. Other than that it was very nice, the amenities such as the washer/dryer and frig were very useful! Would definitely stay here again!”

Neighborhood was safe and we walked to breakfast, dinner another night, and a local pub another afternoon. Garage is great for security, but it was a challenge parking our mid sized SUV.The place was clean, water pressure was great, laundry facilities very convenient. we didn't use the hot tub.
