“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……

“First time renting a house. First time in San Diego. From the moment we walked up the yard the house felt very unique and private. The yard has a privacy fence all around it and we never felt visible to the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was on a nice patio and was very clean. My girlfriend loved everything about the decor from the front door throughout the entire house. The kitchen and bedroom were clean and stocked with everything you might need or have forgotten. “The Good: Comfortable Beds: The beds allowed for restful sleep. Entertainment Options: TVs equipped with Roku for streaming, though initially unplugged. The Bad: Ant Infestation: Ants were present throughout the kitchen, made harder to notice due to dim lighting. Cluttered Space: The house felt like a personal storage area, filled with the owner's odds and ends. Thermostat Issues: Inefficient settings caused the house to overheat, wasting energy. “The Casita was just what we had hoped for. Clean, had all kinds of utensils, plates and glasses. Fridge and Microwave, sinks...nice enough shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed... Best of all, was how quiet and peaceful it was for our whole stay.”

“We stayed at this property, for the second time, this Christmas. We were so happy it was available. It was just as nice-if not nicer, somehow-than our first stay. The little house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was as quiet and pleasant as we remembered it being. We couldn't get the furnace to work when we arrived but Renee had the maintenance man there in less than 20 minutes. He needed to light the pilot light. I was so impressed with Renee's speedy……

“This property’s location and accommodations were perfect for my husband and me. There’s a well appointed kitchen and an open concept living/dining room downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with plenty of hot water. It’s located near all that we valued. Our host was very responsive and gracious. All in all, it was a great stay. Five stars for sure. ”
