“Arrived late at night after a flight to be told they had given away my room as I hadn't arrived by 6pm. Why? My credit card had already been authorised by Expedia. Was left stranded in Riyadh during LEAP so no hotels were available and was forced to pay a fortune last-minute for the only hotel available on the night.”

“very spacious room and availability of parking spaces, relatively quite room and forthcoming personnel but with some serious need of updating the shower and kitchenette ”

“4 of our colleagues we stayed 4 nights, and while we checked out on Nov 9th 7AM, front desk said that they can't access to system at 7AM, will send receipt to us via email in 2 hours. However, we received nothing after waiting for 2 days, and their phone number has no one answer all the time. I had very bad experience of it. Will never stay there again.”
