“Arrived late at night after a flight to be told they had given away my room as I hadn't arrived by 6pm. Why? My credit card had already been authorised by Expedia. Was left stranded in Riyadh during LEAP so no hotels were available and was forced to pay a fortune last-minute for the only hotel available on the night.”

“I could not even complain anything, really fantastic experience there, would like to go again!”

“The bed and towels are of good quality. Rest is too poor to repeat the experience: WiFi, Bathroom, Power outlets, TV, Boiler, ”

“Nice hotel a little outdated. It was far from the Mosque. They do have a free public transportation service The area around the hotel was so so. Didn't feel like you could walk around and explore ”
