“地理位置不錯，但房間較細 洗手間及企浴室分開，幾好 職員服務態度很好，很幫忙 但房間角落位有少少塵，但整體算整潔 入住當日還介紹了10樓游泳池，設計不錯，幾寫意，還有免費小食及飲品招待，很舒服”

“Serious traffic noise at night, poor sound proof and you can hear noise from windows. There are also construction noise in mid night”

“服務狀況百出,入住前已經先聯繫飯店確認無誤,但到了飯店卻因為交接及管理狀況的問題一再出錯,櫃台人員也只是道歉卻感受不到任何處理的誠意,整體只有硬體上是特別有設計感,但服務的問題讓人有一個非常非常糟的住宿體驗”

“第一次住到有“家”的感覺的飯店，從接待，解說，等等你所有的問題，只要他們能解決，都非常的樂意幫忙，有人說新加坡的人都比較冷，但是住進這間飯店，你完全感受不到有人和的不便。”

“its interesting that the hotel is doing renovation and renting out rooms at the same time, the smell and noise from the renovation were just a bit weird ”

“The hotel is closed to MRT station. The handy provided by the hotel was useful for searching the attractions. Besides, the mini bar services were all free. However, the hotel provided a small tooth paste which was not enough to use for three days (provided only on the first day but not the second and third day of accommodation). The wall paper was on the ceiling and the wall were found peeling off. The staffs were nice at all.”

“首先，隔音非常差，根本沒隔音，每天早上被吵醒，清潔人員打掃時還會播音樂，超吵！！！房間很髒，冰箱旁邊桌子下都是蟲，可能太潮濕。房間非常小，跟預訂房型照片不一致，電視離床非常近，觀看很不舒服，洗手台寬度窄，很容易潑濕身上。總之，完全對不起他的價格也不推薦。”
