“Location is convenient with malls, restaurants nearby and just 7 minutes walk to Lavender MRT. Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our inquiries politely. Room is a bit small and needed some renovation to upgrade the hotel. Though there are a few elevators, yet guests are normally have to queue up for taking elevators to their room floors.”

“It's service overall is good, location is convenient, staff helpful and have been patronizing this hotel for more than 7 years. “We booked a connecting room for our family of 4 which should comprise of 2 rooms connecting together. However, the reception lady gave us a single room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds all putting side by side with barely any space in between.
