“We booked a connecting room for our family of 4 which should comprise of 2 rooms connecting together. However, the reception lady gave us a single room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds all putting side by side with barely any space in between. We then went down to the reception to let her know the problem. Out of no where, she asked us if we need to have late check-out. We told her we don’t need late check-out and then she was trying to say something to justify. I told her I paid for a……

“The room is conveniently located near MRT station exit A, making it easily accessible. It is also close to Little India. Additionally, there is a bus station next to the hotel. The room itself is small but tidy, and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it is possible to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor on the same floor.”

“i have been returning to this hotel for several times, conveniently located and value for money. there are tours staying in the hotel for the weekend. people talking loudly in the corridor near mid-night but staff immediately checked and solved the issue. It's perhaps time to enhance its sound proof esp. with more tours coming in.”
