“All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection. ”

“The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some……

“Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. “I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. ”
