“Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. “The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. ”

“Location is usually a priority in choosing a hotel: Close to transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. Glacia Neuva isn’t located close to anything. Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) “Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly. We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included. Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. “I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. “This review would be different if the weather would have been hot. There is no air conditioning but only a fan. Otherwise it is a nice unique hotel with interesting decor. The receptionist was nice but there is some room for improvement of English skills. The location of the hotel is great with nice views of the main street. While there is traffic noise during the day, it gets quiet at night. ”
