The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. “Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... “We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901……

“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. “Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden.
