“Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is……

“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen; innerhalb von 14 Tagen gab es kaum Wiederholungen. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel, der Bahnhof zur……

“We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses……
