“Wonderful hotel. Close to hiking trails, restaurants. Very accommodating. Walked out to meet taxi for us at 0430am on our departure and packed a breakfast for us to take with us. ”

“Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is……

“Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. “Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden. Værelset var slidt og med gamle møbler og gulvtæppe. Intet tryk på det varme vand. Venligt personale, men ville ikke bo her igen.”

“I stayed 3 nights in Family Apartments in Mountain hotel Kukucka. Apartment was nice with modern furniture, very clean with cool bathtub, there is balcony and equipped kitchen. We also tried breakfast in hotel Kukucka, which was nice. I would definitely come back! :) Enjoy your stay”

“I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. ”

“The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some……
