“We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the Kings Studio. It ticked all the boxes for location, cleanliness (actually spotless! So a BIG tick there), the attention to detail with beautiful decor.Our welcome pack was much appreciated. The studio is cosy and it was lovely to return to each afternoon. “Comfort was assured as soon as we stepped into our warm and spacious, homely, yet quirky, well equipped apartment. Somewhat eclectic: boho vintage lounges, high ceilings, Japanese inspired accents meets classic, all you could want in a bathroom including a nice deep bathtub, to light filled tastefully laid out retro modern kitchen with deck access overlooking the beautiful valley. “Exactly as described, really is a lovely garden flat - very comfortable, peaceful and quiet with all the amenities you would need. Not really walking distance to Katoomba village so do need to drive which suited us fine.”

“Very easy check in process. Good communication with the manager, receiving regular emails. The property was clean and tidy, provided with everything needed. The light on the TV was very bright and made it hard to sleep, maybe a bit of tape over it for the next customer. Comfortable beds. Easy checkout process. Overall a very comfortable stay. ”

“The property was new, quiet and well maintained. All the luxuries of a hotel with the convenience of a self catered stay. ”

“The property is as advertised. Central, clean, well laid out, owner was easily contactable, generous with household items/necessities. We had our small dog, and there was no worries in the yard.Only things were, the driveway and maybe some street noise, if that's a worry for you. No problem for us though. Really pleased I booked this place.”
