"Arrived pier at 12:00. Got in room at 2:00pm. Toilets not flush properly. No full size mirrors. Everything else was good. My family enjoyed the stay. "

This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An"

"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
