“I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. ”

“Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。”

“去過很多國家, 越南也去過好幾個城市, 有時住頂級國際品牌的酒店, 今次這酒店的服務可算是住過的酒店中最好的5%
夜機到一連住5晚, 客房被免費升級了。到了第三晚有痾嘔的情況, 職員帶了醫護上來幫忙, 到準備離開的一天, 其中一個職員認得還加以慰問。後來到CHECK-OUT時, 要我們等候5分鐘, 原來職員上房查看, 發現我遺留了耳機, 於是我們上房取回! 很多細節都讓我們驚訝酒店的服務。
硬件來說, 過一條馬路就到海灘, 附近也有很好評分的餐廳。推介!”

“Good hotel for a good price. Have already reviewed it for a previous stay so will not add much in this review. For our stay in Da Nang,that was in 4 different hotels in the 30-60$ per night price range, this hotel was our favourite. Mainly due to the room which was very big and exquisite and the closeness to fun stuff in the neighborhood.
We did experience ants that were attracted to our open food, which we werebt prepared for and had to throw out as they were already setting up camp there……

“We stayed in the penthouse for 5 nights and overall, it was a very good experience. The penthouse had 2 floors, linked by a nice wooden spiral staircase. For 2 people, it was quite enjoyable. First floor has the living room and the first bedroom (with a bathroom with a bathtub). On the second floor, there is the kitchen / dining area and the second bedroom (with a bathroom with a shower booth). An excellent experience in La Siesta
"Our first time to stay in Hoi An, and we pick the La Siesta Hotel and Spa. This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An"

"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days.
Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
