“Our stay at Manatee Cove truly was magical. The property is right on the river which is gorgeous especially when viewed from the amazing screened in deck. We stayed on the deck most of the time we were at the home. I had never been in a kayak, but since they were supplied I thought I would try it. Now I’m totally hooked! “The birdhouse is truly magical! Dana is a wonderful host. Very communicative And accommodating. The location of the house is perfect. Everything you need is within a short drive if you decide to even get into a car. By boat is better or paddleboard! Our pups loved the enclosed fenced in yard. The yard is huge! They had a nice room to run around, play, and explore! One of our favorite things about the home Besides, it’s wonderful natural beauty was that you never felt that your dog was not……

“This house is lovely and very well appointed with anything you might need. It was perfect for our group of six. We spent most of our time sitting by the river and watching all the activity going by. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. Highly recommend taking advantage of the put-in at Weeki Wachee state park and paddling the 6 miles back to the house. It's magical.”

“We spent the weekend getting together with family that lives in the area here. Ample space for people to sleep but we only used half of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We didnt use the kayaks or bikes jist because it was quite chilly out, but those were a nice addition. We would stay again sometime!”

“Wonderful property and landlord. ”

“Very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Beautiful balcony and view. Not well stocked with cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself like cleaning rags, paper towels, cleaning solution. Also, make sure you ask about the elevator and dock. These were damaged during the hurricane and it does not mentioned it in the listing. They were not available to use so be prepared to go up 3 flights of stairs and not have a boat slip. We had to pay for a boat slip at Sea Hag. ”

“We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! The master shower is beautiful and roomy :) Checking in was easy and greeted us with a……

“We came done to Florida to visit with family, and also enjoy the Weeki Wachee - one of our favorite places. The house is back off the river and has easy access. The entry to the river is central enough to either go up to state park or down to Rodger’s park.”

“This place was located in between Roger’s park and buccaneer Bay. It has enough room for a large family and still be cozy. Perfectly located to kayak where ever you want . I will definitely come back ! ”

“Our family traveled to Crystal River with 2 other families and shared the Million Dollar Mansion. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 teens/tweens. The house is perfectly split between upstairs and downstairs. The bunkroom downstairs fit our 5 kids and the grownups got the upstairs bedrooms. The big dining room table was great for shared meals and board games. The location, on the water, is gorgeous. We saw so much wildlife (manatees!) from the dock and while using the paddleboards and kayaks.……

“This is our 2nd stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and is in an excellent location close to beautiful beaches. House is clean, kitchen is well stocked and the pool is nice and warm. Sherri is a great host and always responded promptly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!”
