“What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home.”

“We came done to Florida to visit with family, and also enjoy the Weeki Wachee - one of our favorite places. The house is back off the river and has easy access. The entry to the river is central enough to either go up to state park or down to Rodger’s park.”

“This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

“Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated.”

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. “This was our second stay at this house. The house is clean and comes with all the necessary items. The 2 washers and dryers are great and in good working order. At low tide you have to be cautious with rocks in the channel but we were seasoned pro's by the time we left. This is a very cool house with accommodating home owners and rental agents.”
