“This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

“Amy was a great Hostess, she was always available and very accommodating. We were there for a celebration of life so not a lot of extra activity. Would definitely book again!”

The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful……

“This is a great location! We came to paddle board to Three Sisters and throughout the area. Hunter springs park beach was a bonus. It was a 3 minute walk to launch from the pier or a 3 minute drive to launch from Hunters Springs Park. Save-a-lot is super close for basics and there is a restaurant in the same parking lot called seafood market that has great atmosphere. The location is also quiet and safe. Make sure to bring any spices, Tupperware, garbage bags, beach towels you need.”

“Absolutely loved my stay here at Cedar Key, definitely a place to go to relax and recharge. The unit was just as described, clean and beautifully updated. It does get a little warm in the unit, but nothing a small fan can’t fix! The view was absolutely amazing, enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony pretty much all day every day! Very short walk to the beach and small downtown area. Would definitely stay again! ”
