“The hostess of the property was fantastic. I checked in and she made sure that I got in with ease. I needed a couple extra accommodations and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. If I come to this area again I will definitely stay there. “Our stay at Manatee Cove truly was magical. The property is right on the river which is gorgeous especially when viewed from the amazing screened in deck. “The first thing we noticed was how well kept it was. The layout gives the unit a bigger feel, yet is still cozy for a couple. The owner was most accommodating for us. Our fight in was late and we got to the property late but she was gracious and welcoming. We got a thorough walk through. The view from the lanai is great for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Overall a great stay and would book again.”

“Pam house is such a fun ,corky ,beautiful experience .Definitely emeries yourself with the neighborhood energy of mermaid love .My daughter was in absolute awe and loved the house .Espeically meeting Julie (Pam doggy) and the bunnies .Pam is sweet and a gracious host ,made sure we were happy with our stay. She feels like family and just a lovely lady,she gave us our privacy and made really easy for us .We saw manatees,enjoyed the Kayaks and just invested with our springs experience .”

“This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. ”

“It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.”
