“I’m a super host with the competition so I my expectations are same as I provide. First, the neighborhood is run down. There was a busted flowerbed in the back yard with a board laying with NAILS FACING UPWARDS. there is no switch for the garbage disposal so we had to use the plunger to clear the sink! Not even creamer or sugar for coffee. Towels were cheap and scratchy. No laundry detergent and someone was living in the garage then tried to scam me for a microwave 5 days later that wasn’t used.……

“This is a very well decorated, seemingly recently remodeled home. The pool was great and at the perfect temperature; EVERYTHING we needed was available to us, from kitchen utensils and gadgets (a cook's dream kitchen), to pool toys, beach towels and chairs, bikes, and more.
