“Pam house is such a fun ,corky ,beautiful experience .Definitely emeries yourself with the neighborhood energy of mermaid love .My daughter was in absolute awe and loved the house .Espeically meeting Julie (Pam doggy) and the bunnies .Pam is sweet and a gracious host ,made sure we were happy with our stay. She feels like family and just a lovely lady,she gave us our privacy and made really easy for us .We saw manatees,enjoyed the Kayaks and just invested with our springs experience .”

“We loved staying at Neptune's Grotto. Our room was completely updated, very clean and the decor was charming. The bed was Very Comfortable, and the TV and appliances worked with no issues. It was a charming piece of old Florida. Wish we could have spent more time on the property and by the water. ”

“It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.”

“Mattresses and pillows were pretty under whelming. Otherwise apt. was clean and comfortable.”

“The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside.……
