“I would have rated this condo 8 stars if I could have. It was spotless and had so many little details. They had quality furnishings, the bed was wonderful. I would buy the place if I could!”

This property has good value, soundproofing, cleanliness, area access including conveniences, and a pleasing vista. With a few minor fixes now allegedly upcoming, it will rise even further in desirability. The owners are word accessible and seem devoted to making their offering a pridefully enjoyable. For us and our visitors, proximity to a bountiful Tarpon……

“I was in town for surgery and this place offered quiet and spacious accommodations and was an ideal recovery area with ideal views and great surrounding restaurants. The owners gave us great direction and were great communicators. Thank you!”

“Great space. Clean and had everything we need. The neighborhood felt safe and the water view was great. We enjoyed taking a walk along the river.”

“We stayed for a month and was never contacted to address concerns. We had to buy toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The balcony doors are unsafe and the frames are falling apart. The place was filthy. I washed the windows, chairs and furniture. My wife washed the dishes, and sex stains off of the bedding. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. I had to buy light bulbs for a lamp. Soap scum was thick on sink drain and it took nearly 30 minutes to clean it off. Horrible experience. VRBO has……

“Overall the property and the condo were very nice with excellent ocean front views and nice amenities. We had one major problem which was the pool was closed for our ENTIRE stay which was very disappointing as it was a major factor in selecting this property. As we were aware of the hurricanes that affected this area, I did check in advance of our stay to confirm that everything was operational and was told that there were no issues. We were not made aware of the pool issue until we arrived.……

“It was near everything we planned to do. There were restaurants within walking distance. The availability of the washer/dryer was nice. The kitchen was good, but lacked a deep bowl spoon or ladle. The seating area was uncomfortable, my suggestion remove the coffee table and have cushy seating. The bed linens should include a lightweight blanket. A clock radio would be nice. Overall we would recommend the condo to people who are able to do stairs.”
