“This fun little cottage is situated on a waterfront canal. There is a dock to enjoy all kinds of wildlife from. A small porch and comfortable back yard. All new appliances and whatever you might need for cooking. The owner is quick to respond to any needs. We will be back!!”

“This was our fourth stay here and always a great time. This time we seen otters, dolphins and manatees all from the dock. The recent upgrades made this stay even better than before. We plan to stay again next year! ”

“Matches description, great area, very cozy and well equipped. Decoration is amazing. Location is very convenient: short drive to stores, quiet place, good privacy compared to other houses in the area. I ”

“Just the right size house for being on the river all day. Not alot to upkeep. You can park right at the canal. Perfect for unloading/loading our own kayaks. Pictures dont do it justice. Its definitely updated inside from the Pictures online.”

“This property is close to all eminitites. Quite secluded and the host respected total privacy. Would definitely book in the future if any business needs conducted in the area. ”

“It’s an experience we’ll never forget. The torrential rain made the conditions less desirable than they would be, but the friendly owner did everything possible to make the best of it. The cabin was compact, well appointed and attractively decorated. The two horses in the nearby stable were a welcome added attraction.”

“We loved staying here. They had all the basics and plenty of living space. It felt like home away from home. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus and it was nice to cook meals and relax after a long day. It also was close to all the things we wanted to see and do.”

“Need to put boat in before trying to go to property, no room for boat and trailer.had to back tamdem trailer into driveway from street into culdesac and it just fit..22.5 walkaround.also needs more / better cleats at dock.after learning proprty we would stay again.excellent spot close to Hommassa springs.”

“This was a great little property for our stay in Homosassa. My only issue was that the pool was not private, it was shared with another residence attached to it. I enjoy complete privacy when I travel and felt uncomfortable with the idea of lounging by the pool to relax. It was January, so I wouldn't have anyway, but had it been warm enough I would not have been comfortable enough to do so. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommened it. ”
