“Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!”

“Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.”

“We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!”

“Everything was good for the most part.A few suggestions though: the weeds need to be maintained as they are over grown in the grilling area. Similarly, the kayaks and canoes should be upside down so that they do not retain water.”

The Crystal clear water was so refeshing, we went for a swim everyday. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming by the dock every morning. Love this place and hope to return one day.”

“An amazing stay on the river. Home was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The river is beautiful, plenty of kayaks and highly recommend doing a scalloping tour if you have never done it. Saw manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. Overall an awesome experience!”
