“This house checked all the boxes! It was roomy with the large bunk room downstairs for sleeping all the kids. It is a fully functional downstairs with fridge,bathroom and the outdoor space by the water is amazing. We not only saw manatees in front of the home, but a rare sighting of a mama dolphin and her baby!! Catch fish, swim or play furnished beach volleyball court ! “More than satisfied with my stay in this cozy and cute little house, spacious with a game room for children and adults, close to everything and the main river of Weeki Wachee is only 10 minutes away by canoe or kayak and it is spectacular, I will soon return , to this house again.and the owners respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have,, ”

“The house was cute. It had everything including 2 bikes. We didn’t use the kayaks but there were plenty. The floor inside is in need of a replacement. There was clearly some sort of flood or something. The floor is buckled and is a trip hazard. The batteries for the lock on the front door died. Luckily, the host was very responsive and sent the neighbor over with two new batteries. My son changed the batteries out (we had a screwdriver in our vehicle). “Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return.”

“Single wide mobile home was clean a little on the older side, however, one kayak was unable to be used, which kind of made things a little difficult share our concerns with the owner close to grocery stores convenience store very nice neighbors. FYI, initially it says three bedrooms but the third bedroom is the pullout couch.”

“This location was perfect for our group. We had 9 people in total (4 adults and 5 teens) and there were enough kayaks for all of us. The pool was an amazing addition too. The home was a bit close quarters when we were all inside but it was rare that we were all in except to sleep. We would totally come here again. ”
