“My schedule didn't allow me to stay as long as I wanted at this property, however, that did not make the experience any less. The house is great, had everything I needed and the listing was accurate. Melissa was wonderful to work with and available for any of my needs (which I hard had any). Easy access to downtown Newnan. If the property were available I would have extended my stay vs. moving to another one of Melissa's properties (!)”

“The house instantly feels like a home. We loved sitting in the front porch under the pecan tree. The renovation to this 1862 year old home was seamless in maintaining the feel of its time period. Extremely comfortable with comfortable seating in living room. Loved the bathrooms! The location was perfect to picking up dinner. We will be back. ”

“The house had been updated and decorated with excellent taste. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Except for food, everything you might need was provided. Check in was easy, a carport was provided for car.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. I have been traveling since August 2024 and this was one of the best, if not the best, place I have stayed. Great job on making a very comfortable place to visit.”

Everyone had there own rooms, and there was so much extra space for my 3 small grandkids to move around there subdivision is beautiful, very close to shopping and restaurants, oh and the showers i am buying one of those shower heads when i get back home ”

“Confusing at first because it was a Saturday and communication between manager was limited. Couldn’t figure out locks and coffee maker didn’t work. Was able to get it all rectified and the stay was great. Super quiet. Saw 1 neighbor the whole week we were there. Super quiet and private. ”

“This property is exactly as it’s represented in the information section and photos. It’s actually better in real life. It’s beautifully decorated, has a very cozy feel and the host is wonderful to work with. I was a little concerned at first that it was a duplex but it was no problem, the neighbor next door was quiet and kind when we happened upon each other in the parking area. The are no stairs/steps so it was great for my old dog. There’s a small back yard that must be quite nice in the……
