“I had booked the stay for my family. This lady was highly abusive and behaved violent. She never gave any check in instructions and gave us the property only by 6pm . When we requested for a early time she abused us in Spanish and was rude. Today I messaged her in the morning at 8:30 am to allow us a little late checkout. She threatened to take the police to the apartment and throw my wife and children out of the property. Spoke very inappropriately to me . Finally I had to agree with her for a……

“We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many……

“This is a large apartment for our family of 5. Very comfortable sleeping. Shower in master bedroom did not work and low water pressure. Owner/ administrator super welcoming. This is a small village but very good experience. I felt like I would know everyone’s name there if I stayed more than 24 hours.we picked this location because of proximity to wineries - but none were open for tastings on holiday.”
